Hierarchical differences: Female academics less likely to cross rank in collaboration, study finds

Labels: » » » » » » »
women were supposed to be the cooperative sex... like usual the feminists were either lying or just wrong

(h/t CHSommers)Women of different social or professional “ranks” within academic departments collaborate less than men do, according to a new Harvard study, suggesting that female full professors prefer to work on academic papers with other female full professors rather than assistant professors. When the pool was narrowed to women of the same rank, collaboration was equal to that of men.
The study’s authors are Joyce Benenson, an associate of Harvard’s Human Evolutionary Biology Department and a professor of psychology at Emmanuel College; Richard Wrangham, the Ruth B. Moore Professor of Human Evolutionary Biology; and Henry Markovits, a professor of psychology at the University of Quebec at Montreal. The work was described in a paper published March 3 in Current Biology.
Benenson and Wrangham have been pursuing parallel lines of research over a number of years with both children and chimpanzees. Their studies demonstrate that males are more likely to interact in large groups consisting of various ranks, whereas females form one-on-one, exclusive relationships with equals. It seemed that the findings would translate into different forms of cooperation in actual organizations, but the idea had never been tested because of the difficulty involved in establishing objective measures of cooperation.
“The question we wanted to examine was: Do men or women cooperate differently with members of their own sex?” Wrangham said. “The conventional wisdom is that women cooperate more easily, but when you look at how armies or sports teams function, there is evidence that men are better at cooperating in some ways.”
Benenson and Wrangham settled on co-authored academic papers as an objective measure of cooperation, and began by identifying 50 institutions from across the United States and Canada with at least two male and female full professors and two male and female assistant professors in their psychology departments. Researchers then identified all articles written by senior faculty from 2008 to 2012, and recorded how often within the same department senior faculty worked with other senior faculty of the same sex, and how often senior faculty worked with junior faculty of the same sex.
While the research focused on the world of higher education, lead author Benenson said she first became interested in differences between how men and women cooperate during her work with children.
“When I studied young children, I noticed that boys were typically interacting in groups, and girls tended to focus on one-on-one relationships,” said Benenson, who discusses these findings in her new book, “Warriors and Worriers.”
“There is even evidence that these differences exist in 6-month-olds — but you can see it with the naked eye by about 5 or 6 years old, where boys form these large, loose groups, and girls tend to pair off into more intense, close friendships.”
What makes the differences particularly provocative, Benenson said, is that chimpanzees organize their relationships in nearly identical ways.
“Chimpanzee males usually have another individual they’re very close with, and they may constantly battle for dominance, but they also have a larger, loose group of allies,” Benenson said. “When it comes to defeating other groups, everybody bands together. I would argue that females don’t have that biological inclination, and they don’t have the practice.”
That’s not to suggest women are inherently flawed when it comes to cooperation.
In fact, Benenson said, women are often thought of as being more egalitarian than men. “But there’s a flip side no one thinks about, which is: What happens when they’re with someone who isn’t the same rank?”
While the study offers evidence that women, in some situations, may not collaborate as often as men, Wrangham made it a point to emphasize the host of unanswered questions behind those differences.
“There is cross-cultural evidence for this phenomenon, you see it in early development, and in one of our closest relatives,” said Wrangham. “That pushes us into thinking that there is a strong biological influence here, but we would never suggest this is impervious to environmental and cultural influences as well.
“Nevertheless these are the kinds of fascinating questions about fundamental sex differences in social relationships that would be tremendously important to recognize if you want to change the way in which women’s access to higher ranks happens,” he added. “What we need to know, now that we have recognized these patterns, is what can we do to ameliorate them?”

Prehistoric #dildo among ancient findings in northern #Israel

A prehistoric stone fertility object in the shape of a phallus, found on the route of a planned rail line in northern Israel (photo credit: Courtesy of the Israel Antiquities Authority)..did I mention that the middle east has some kind of feminist religions that were prevalent before Islam. Generally involved snake worship. The Gods were actually brought into Helenism, but demoted in importance (which is how the Greeks paid tribute to foreign cultures). Medusa was actually an important lead deity that was demoted by the Greeks because she was a threat to their power structure. my source is actually Joseph Campbell... who a lot of people talk about, but rarely read or at least they don't admit they don't read him.

Archaeologists have uncovered remnants of a Stone Age culture on the route of a planned rail line in northern Israel, including obsidian arrowheads and fertility objects like a stone phallus and a carved depiction of female genitalia. The oldest ruins at the site date to 9,000 years ago, the Israel Antiquities Authority said, but it was still inhabited thousands of years later. The location was excavated in a salvage dig ahead of the construction of new train tracks from Haifa to Carmiel.
The findings include the most complete buildings from that time discovered so far in Israel, and some of the oldest evidence of organized legume agriculture in the Middle East, archaeologists Yitzhak Paz and Yaakov Vardi said in a statement.
The objects discovered at the site also show that residents traded with faraway cultures, they said.
“The large number of tools made from obsidian, which is not found in Israel, shows trade ties with Turkey, Georgia and other areas as long ago as this period,” read the statement, released earlier this month.
The fertility objects, like the small stone phallus, “also represented the fertility of the land,” they said. The archaeologists link those findings to a civilization that existed in what is now Israel between 5500 and 4500 BCE.
The civilization, known as the Wadi Rabbah culture, was named for the first site at which it was discovered northeast of Tel Aviv in the 1950s

Senator’s sex scandal shuts feminist daughter’s mouth

Alicia-Menendez
(WND) While Sen. Bob Menendez, D-N.J., is fighting for his political life following revelations that he and a wealthy donor are under FBI investigation for Dominican Republic trips the senator took on the eye doctor’s private plane as well as accusations he engaged in sex with under-age prostitutes while there, one prominent supporter has been conspicuously silent – his media-star daughter Alicia Menendez, a Democratic Party adviser.
Alicia Menendez is the former co-director of “The Vagina Monologues,” an episodic feminist play comprised of soliloquies read by women dealing with matters including sex, love, rape, menstruation, female genital mutilation, masturbation, birth, orgasm, the various common names for the vagina, or simply as a physical aspect of the body. She is a former Harvard gender studies major who is a host on “Huffpost Live” and a frequent guest on CNN, Fox News and MSNBC.

Known for her outspokenness, even on matters involving her own prominent family, she once wrote that her “gringa” mother claimed to be Dominican in a past life.
Alicia Menendez’s mother, the former Jane Jacobsen, teaches sex education in the Union City school district. She and her former husband were divorced in 2005. The divorce documents are sealed.
Alicia Menendez came to fame for being a feminist. It was her 2005 senior thesis on gender studies that got her media attention; The New York Times and U.S. News and World Report gave her work mentions. The 87-page thesis, “To Whom Many Doors are Still Locked: Gender, Space, and Power, in Harvard Final Clubs,” decried a culture of male domination at the Ivy League school.
“Establishing yourself as a big man on campus is pretty formulaic, but there’s no such woman at Harvard who has done that to a positive capacity [sic],” Menendez told the student newspaper.
“The Harvard campus can be a very lonely place,” she explained. “And meeting beautiful, smart, socially adept women here is not an easy task.”
She was especially critical of Harvard’s men’s clubs, which she says relegated women to being “perpetually guests” on the campus social scene.
The thesis, obtained by WND through Harvard’s library, is focused on the injustice that the women’s clubs don’t have their own building.
“Tired of discussing the inequalities of ownership of space in private forums, it became my objective to examine the role of final club buildings and their implications for the men and women who are a part of the final club community,” she wrote in the introduction to her “ethnographic study.”
She added: “As a woman, as a feminist, as an ethnic minority … I recognize that I am not supposed to be a part of this supposed elitism, but I am,” she wrote.
As for her topic on “gendered power and social space,” she writes, “I did not choose this subject; it chose me.”
The feminist screed about the clubs includes buzzwords and phrases such as “male role models,” “homosocial legacies,” “male privilege,” “single-sex group identification,” “objectification,” and “Lolita fetishism.”
Alicia Menendez continued to write on gender issues after she graduated, ever quick to write on the latest political sex scandal. In 2008 she was fascinated by the prostitution story of former New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer.
“As the updates streamed in, I got a good look at how the story was shaping,” she wrote at the time. “Eliot Spitzer did something very wrong but fairly ordinary: he hired a prostitute. It’s only so extraordinary because of who Eliot Spitzer is and what Eliot Spitzer purports to stand for.”
She remained fascinated by Spitzer’s sex scandal and others, even going so far as to write whimsical online advice for politicians going through them, titled “What to Do When Scandals Hit”:
“Admitting that you’ve done something wrong is the first step. If you’re there, that’s half the battle,” she wrote. After trying to find a true friend, she enumerated a few dos and don’ts. “Don’t give yourself room to lie (any more than you already have). Don’t rely on half truths. And please, please don’t over share.”
That post (and others like it) have been scrubbed from the website that she co-founded. Perhaps she’s trying to follow her own advice offered as a candidate’s daughter in 2008: “The cardinal rule for candidates’ children, whether they choose to hit the campaign trail or not, is the same: Don’t do anything stupid.”
Repeated attempts to reach Alicia Menendez by email and Twitter were unsuccessful.(MORE)

Study: Israeli teens less sexually active than Europeans

Israeli youth become more conservative, less active
New study reveals that Israeli youths have less sex than their Western counterparts, but talk about it just as much‬‬
The study was conducted by the World Health Organization and sampled thousands of 10th graders from all over the world, 874 of them from Israel. The results indicate that 18.5% of Israeli 10th graders reported having sexual intercourse.
However, it seems Israel's youth are becoming more and more conservative; in a study conducted in 1998 the number of sexually active 15-year-olds was 27%.
Cold winter, hot youth
According to the current study, students from Greenland are the most sexually active with  59.8% of 10th graders admitting to being sexually active. Denmark came in second with 37.7%; Romania was third with 32.9%; Austria and Sweden tied for fourth with 31.6%; England came in fifth with 31% and Luxemburg came in sixth with 30.9%.
At the other end of the spectrum, closing the list at the 35th place was Slovakia with only 12.7% of 15-year-olds reportedly having sex. In the 34th place was Poland with 15.7%; in the 33rd - Ukraine with 18% and Israel at the 32nd place with 18.5%.
Israeli teenagers lost the 31st place to Croatia, that has a rate of 19.2% sexually actively teenagers.
Some 5.9% of the boys and 3.7% of the girls reported that their first sexual encounter was at the age of 12. As the age rises to 15, a higher number of girls report sexual activities in comparison to boys.
Underage sex, underage protection
The research was conducted by the head of the World Health Organization's international research team in Israel, Dr. Yossi Harel-Fisch and Dr. Meyran Boniel-Nissim, both from the Bar-Ilan University.
Dr. Harel-Fisch said that public health research around the world and in Israel is geared towards educating youths on the dangers of unprotected sex, which according to him leads to unwanted teen pregnancy and raises chances of contracting sexually transmitted diseases.
Hila Segal, head of the Sexuality and Injury Prevention unit at the Education Ministry, said that in the past few years parents and teachers have become more and more conservative.
She claimed that sex at a young age can cause serious psychological and physical harm. "We keep finding sexual activity based on pressure, leading to regret. In some cases rumors and pictures spread around afterwards, exacting a heavy personal price."
In addition, she added that over the past 20 years more and more educators in the system are talking to kids about the benefits of emotional, as well as psychical, maturity as a prerequisite to sexual activity.

Petraeus Resigns as CIA Head, Supposedly Over Extramarital Affair: Updated

Labels: » » »
I'm willing to bet that Obama knew about the extramarital affair of Petraeus for some time. It was exposed when it became convenient
(Jamie) Just being reported. Very interesting.
David Petraeus today resigned as director of the CIA after admitting an extra-marital affair.
The former general had been one of the most respected figures in the military and intelligence establishment, but has stepped down to deal with the ‘personal and professional issues’ surrounding his relationship with a woman who is not his wife.
The feminist administration: where admitting 1 had an affair is how 1 covers up the gross abuse of superiors. Apparently sending a gay man to meet with the Muslim Brotherhood and then not protecting him after being told it wasn't working is never going to see the light of day. Thanks feminists... you really showed us the non transparency guys like me expected. Don't talk about gender or lose your job. don't talk about the incompetence of progressives or they expose your sex life. Petraeus was fine when he was telling the soldiers they had to be potty trained with Shariah and poop in the direction of Jerusalem (no joke), but when he became expendable... the penis had to be castrated out of the hipster union.
(Kessler: FBI Investigation Led to Petraeus Resignation)Ronald Kessler reporting from Washington, D.C. — The resignation of David H. Petraeus as CIA director followed an FBI investigation of many months, raising the question of why he was not forced out until after the election.
In his letter of resignation, Petraeus cited an extra-marital affair he had been having. “After being married for over 37 years, I showed extremely poor judgment by engaging in an extramarital affair,” Petraeus said in his letter to President Obama. “Such behavior is unacceptable, both as a husband and as the leader of an organization such as ours.”
Petraeus, who had a distinguished military career, revealed no additional details. However, an FBI source says the investigation began when Petraeus was stationed in Afghanistan and American intelligence mistook an email Petraeus had sent to his girlfriend as a reference to corruption. Petraeus was commander of U.S. Forces in Afghanistan from July 4, 2010 until July 18, 2011. The woman who was having an affair with Petraeus is a journalist.
Given his top secret clearance and the fact that Petraeus is married, the FBI continued to investigate and intercept Petraeus’ email exchanges with the woman. The emails include sexually explicit references to such items as sex under a desk.
Such a relationship is a breach of top secret security requirements and could have compromised Petraeus.
At some point after Petraeus was sworn in as CIA director on Sept. 6, 2011, the woman broke up with him. However, Petraeus continued to pursue her, sending her thousands of emails over the last several months, raising even more questions about his judgment.
Neither Petraeus nor the CIA’s Office of Public Affairs had any immediate comment.
FBI agents on the case expected that Petraeus would be asked to resign immediately rather than risk the possibility that he could be blackmailed to give intelligence secrets to foreign intelligence agencies or criminals. In addition, his pursuit of the woman could have distracted him as the CIA was giving Congress reports on the attack on the Benghazi consulate on Sept. 11.
The CIA ‘s reporting to Congress included a claim that protests over a YouTube video played a role in the attacks, thus allowing Obama to initially discount the possibility that the U.S. had suffered another terrorist attack just before the election.
In contrast, based on real time video and reports, the State Department was reporting that the attack that led to the deaths of four Americans, including U.S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens, was terrorist-related. The State Department reported that there were no protests at the consulate.
Still, the FBI, Justice Department, and the White House held off on asking for Petraeus’ resignation until after the election. His resignation occurred three days after the election, avoiding the possibility that Obama’s ill-fated appointment of Petraeus could become an issue in the election.
FBI agents on the case were aware that such a decision had been made to hold off on forcing him out until after the election and were outraged.
“The decision was made to delay the resignation apparently to avoid potential embarrassment to the president before the election,” an FBI source says. “To leave him in such a sensitive position where he was vulnerable to potential blackmail for months compromised our security and is inexcusable.”
Michael Kortan, the FBI’s assistant director for public affairs, said he had no comment.
(usnews.nbcnews.com)Here is Petraeus' resignation letter:
HEADQUARTERS Central Intelligence Agency
9 November 2012
Yesterday afternoon, I went to the White House and asked the President to be allowed, for personal reasons, to resign from my position as D/CIA. After being married for over 37 years, I showed extremely poor judgment by engaging in an extramarital affair. Such behavior is unacceptable, both as a husband and as the leader of an organization such as ours. This afternoon, the President graciously accepted my resignation.
As I depart Langley, I want you to know that it has been the greatest of privileges to have served with you, the officers of our Nation's Silent Service, a work force that is truly exceptional in every regard. Indeed, you did extraordinary work on a host of critical missions during my time as director, and I am deeply grateful to you for that.
Teddy Roosevelt once observed that life's greatest gift is the opportunity to work hard at work worth doing. I will always treasure my opportunity to have done that with you and I will always regret the circumstances that brought that work with you to an end.
Thank you for your extraordinary service to our country, and best wishes for continued success in the important endeavors that lie ahead for our country and our Agency.
With admiration and appreciation,
David H. Petraeus

A couple in bed: researchers wanted to know whether successful artists have more lovers

If you thought the UKGuardian's coverage of Operation Cast Lead and the resulting Goldstone Report based on anonymous witnesses was absurd... this story is going to convince you of the stupidity of this newspaper. The claim is that they can predict how much sex people have based on math.

Yeah... it's pretty funny that no one is there to question them... and I sure as hell wouldn't leave a comment to get trolled by some wannabe cultural elitist.

Ok... get this: The UK Guardian's math supposedly expects people in cultural institutions like art schools to be honest about the sex they are participating in. As an artist myself (oh and yes I was)... and someone who has been on the inside of these systems I can tell you my reputation was horrible. I'm sure many of my classmates had me pegged as someone who didn't have sex at all... but the truth is there were a lot of repressed women who did sleep with me, and could not talk about it... because admitting that they slept with a divisive fellow like myself would hurt their reputation.  (When you  lie with dogs you wake up with fleas! I'm not boasting about this, because I was looking for a public relationship... in an effort to improve my public image.)  Further... I don't know why this newspaper would take the word of people who were sleeping around. It's like as if there would be no social friction that could occur as a result of rejecting one mate and moving on to the next.  That social friction being a very large variable that would make any study impossible.

I can understand the need to prove this. Many grumbling persons have looked in envy at public figures who have met with public acceptance and have complained that they have become dominant to the pool of sexual prey,... dominant to the point where someone wonders why they would be respected... (I suppose we could ask a guy like Jullian Assange what happens when you become way too respectable to the cultural elite).  My point is that there are simply some things that are common sense... and if you reach a situation where the other party doesn't want to believe something as obvious as what this study was trying to prove then you probably shouldn't be around that other person or you have got to accept if you stay around that there are benefits of being around someone who is obviously hostile.  As someone who has had the unfortunate experience of looking into the private records of an artistic institution and suffered the result of the institution and it's sexual environment (yes I was in jail... actually if I had known there were University records I would of not been in jail at all.  Some people out there are still censoring this blog... the state of Washington really thinks they can get away with censorship)... I can say that this kind of conjecture sells newspapers, but it has no substance. If the people around you don't agree to your analysis... it's probably best to just take the abuse or get the hell out of there. Trying to prove what kind of sexual acrobatics go on in a public forum is a messy business. When you dig up dirt you are liable to fall into a hole.
....To deal with their realisation that some artists get a lot of sex while others get little or none, Helen Clegg, Daniel Nettle and Dorothy Miell made use of an ancient tool – a tool that mathematicians count among the sexiest of mankind's inventions. The logarithm.
The trio had joined forces, as they later described it, to "investigate the relationship between mating success and artistic success in a sample of 236 visual artists".
Clegg is a University of Northampton senior lecturer in psychology, Nettle a professor of behavioural science at Newcastle University and Miell the head of the College of Humanities and Social Science at the University of Edinburgh.
Their report, called Status and Mating Success Amongst Visual Artists, appears in the journal Frontiers in Psychology.
The study gives us barely any numerical detail. It says only this: "The distribution of number of sexual partners for these participants was highly skewed with a minimum of 0 and a maximum of 250 (M=10.67). Therefore, the data were converted to a log scale and [we performed our analysis] using this scale."
That "M=10.67" is the median. Half of the 236 artists had had, each of them, fewer than 10.67 lovers. The other artists each had had in excess of 10.67 bedmates. Or so they told the researchers.
Two lovers. Twenty lovers. Two hundred lovers. They seem almost to be from different universes, the collections of five or six lovers, versus the serial harems of 100 or 200. How to talk coherently about a hodgepodge of small and big numbers?
You do it with logarithms. Roughly speaking (I don't have room here to go into much detail), the logarithm of a particular number tells – measures, really – how many extra digits that number has.
The number 1 has no extra digits. Its logarithm is zero. The number 10 has one extra digit. Its logarithm is 1. The number 100 has two extra digits; its logarithm is 2. The logarithm of 101 is ever-so-slightly bigger than 2 (it's about 2.0043). The logarithm of 250 is bigger still (about 2.3979).
The logarithm is a concise, rough way to compare things across vast scales of bigness and smallness. That painter who's got a new girlfriend every few months? About log 2. That lonely graffiti gal whom everyone shuns? Log zero, it seems.
The researchers used logarithms also when they tried to understand a related set of numbers.
They had computed what they call the "mating strategy index" of the various artists. "Each one-night stand gained one point, each relationship up to a month two points, and soon up to each relationship 10 years or over, which gained eight points. The total number of points for each person was added up and divided by their total number of relationships."
After tiptoeing through all their data and computations, the artists-and-sex researchers decided that "more successful male artists had more sexual partners than less successful artists, but this did not hold for female artists".

My grandmother died when I was in college. She told me to turn my tongue three times before saying anything. That was her advice to me. I never took her advice. It isn't my nature. Besides I benefit too much by acting like I know the answer. I can't help who I am, but I know she was smart enough on her deathbed to see that I was falling. She had the funniest personality. At first glance she seemed like Betty White or Victoria Jackson. She never had any presumption of intelligence or knowing things. She knew how to not appear smart... oh did she fool us all. She had all the answers... you had to pry it out of her. She plaid stupid all the time.

Cheap dates - How the ‘price’ of sex has dropped to record lows

Labels: » » » » »
the media makes a note of how the progressives have caused an imbalance in our lives, but the feminist solution will cause repression and a break down of our economy. very sad that the people who have access to research are part of the problem.. Obviously written from a feminist or womanist (whatever they want to call themselves this week) point of view because we all understand that sex is already scarce... in fact many of our economic problems are related directly to it's scarcity. Sex should be part of daily life. The modern day Mohammad can thank the feminists for his cost effective brothel. With no American man working... guess who is buying all our workforce? They don't call it the service sector for nothing. Guess who gets the job and guess who doesn't? Do a Google search for the word "Mancession".
(NYPOST) In today’s lousy economy, men can take comfort in knowing that there is one sought-after good that is becoming steadily more affordable: sex. Women are jumping into the sack faster and with fewer expectations about long-term commitments than ever, effectively discounting the “price” of sex to a record low, according to social psychologists. More than 25% of young women report giving it up within the first week of dating. While researchers don’t have a baseline to compare it to, interviews they have conducted lead them to believe this is higher than before, which increases the pressure on other women and changes the expectations of men. “The price of sex is about how much one party has to do in order to entice the other into being sexual,” said Kathleen Vohs, of the University of Minnesota, who has authored several papers on “sexual economics.” “It might mean buying her a drink or an engagement ring. These behaviors vary in how costly they are to the man, and that is how we quantify the price of sex.” By boiling dating down to an economic model, researchers have found that men are literally getting lots of bang for their buck. Women, meanwhile, are getting very little tat for their . . . well, you get the idea. Sex is so cheap that researchers found a full 30% of young men’s sexual relationships involve no romance at all -- no wooing, dating, goofy text messaging. Nothing. Just sex. Men want sex more than women do. It’s a fact that sounds sexist and outdated. But it is a fact all the same -- one that women used for centuries to keep the price of sex high (if you liked it back in the day, you really had to put a ring on it). With gender equality, the Pill and the advent of Internet porn, women’s control of the meet market has been butchered. As a result, says Mark Regnerus, a sociologist at the University of Texas at Austin, men are “quicker to have sex in our relationships these days, slower to commitment and just plain pickier.” The issue is partly one of supply and demand, and it begins at US colleges, where 57% of students are women. With such an imbalanced sex ratio, women are using hookups to compete with other women for men’s affections. Once they get out of school, the pool of successful, educated men also is imbalanced, and the bed-hopping continues. Regnerus likens the price of sex to the housing market. Too many foreclosures in one community, and the price of neighboring homes start to plummet. This is why single women in New York sometimes feel as though sex on the first date is a given: According to the market, it is. “Every sex act is part of a ‘pricing’ of sex for subsequent relationships,” Regnerus said. “If sex has been very easy to get for a particular young man for many years and over the course of multiple relationships, what would eventually prompt him to pay a lot for it in the future -- that is, committing to marry?” Did you answer, “Love”? You’re adorable. “Sexual strategies for making men ‘fall in love’ typically backfire, because men don’t often work like that,” Regnerus says. It’s little wonder that the percentage of 25- to 34-year-olds who are married has shrunk by an average of 1% each year this past decade -- down to 46% now. Single women have been catching on, but those who don’t discount sex say they can’t seem to get anyone to “pay” their higher price. As with many other markets, outsourcing and technology have affected the price of sex as well. “If men don’t want to take the time to woo a real woman, they can watch sex acts in high definition with images of women who never say no,” Regnerus says. “If you have a suboptimal date with someone you met online, you’re apt now to log on and see who else is available rather than to have another try at it.” The poor economy is adding to men’s reluctance to commit. Men worry about not being able to provide for a family and about the economic pitfalls of divorce. So, what can women do to return the balance of sexual power in their favor? Stop putting out, experts say. If women collectively decided to cross their legs, the price of sex would soar and women would regain control of the market. Like a whoopie cartel. Women in less egalitarian countries do tend to restrict sex as a means of keeping the cost high. That would explain all the violence in the third word.
This makes sense when women have no access to education and employment. But in the US, it would take a major cultural movement for women to convince each other to say no to nookie. “Let’s be realistic: It’s not going to happen here,” Regnerus says. “Women don’t really need men and marriage -- economically, socially, and culturally -- like they once did. What I hear in interviews with women is plenty of complaining about men or about the dating scene, but their annoyance is seldom directed at other women.”Stats prove that those who have sex regularly are happier and live longer. Denying sex will create repression and that will cause anger, violence and misery... which is exactly what is happening. Again the media notes a problem... and the solution they prescribe is part of the problem. a young attractive girl has no problem getting work out of college. When foreign money comes and colonializes America the pretty young girls from Oregon and Washington state will be the first to be employed. Most of us are well aware of that phenomenon. In the old days of Mohammad it was a little bit less discrete, but we know what the rest of the world thinks of our women. They give it a nice name. They call it the service sector. We are aware the ladies have work. Sorry the truth is offensive... but there is a reason Conservative women are getting elected... it is because so called Conservative women have money. They are the ones who get hired... and it isn't because of any talent... or at least not because of any legal talent. If the price of sex drops then the free market reacts by increasing the supply... this means PROSTITUTION. If one man can not afford to keep one woman happy then she distributes the financial burden. The rich then can afford to put together their harems on a cost effective basis.

...I welcome you to blame all men for your vanity. The Martyr Sex. Pathetic. If I were a woman I would be insulted. These spineless miscreants really think WARS were never caused by "Womyn"?  maybe in the Hollywood revisioned Helen of Troy... but the real story was probably based on a historical reality.  Do we really think women are some how capable of simply being merely victimized angels?  I wonder how many of these Feminized Alpha Male Yahoos were from Washington State?
If any one wonders how I came to resent feminism... or whatever the Womynists want to call themselves this week. It wasn't the "womyn" who got me to the point where I could not deal with it anymore in a dialog. It was manipulative liars like the ones in this video.

Maher: “If Muslim Men Could Get Laid More,” There Would Be No Suicide Bombers…

Labels: » » » » » » »
he is right sometimes... How do you expect us to get Abdul lucky
...with the likes of Gloria Steinem dictating "normalcy"?

oh well... there always is the Ayatollah Khomeini Book Of Rules For Having Sex With Children And Animals...

Watch this feminist in this video. She is off her rocker! The shame of the woman has nothing to do with the desires of men. What does shame of the woman have to do with a man's attempt to get laid?...NOTHING! ...“I’ve said it many times…if Muslim men could get laid more, we wouldn’t have this problem. There’s probably no suicide bomber [who] after he died, people said, ‘You know, that guy, he blew everybody up, but boy – he got laid a lot.’” The consistent variable of these terrorists... is they are generally not poor, but in fact upper middle class and dealing with all the Lesbian modern realities the rest of us guys do... sometimes the Blue State tyranny gets so bad... it is a wonder I didn't become an Islamic radical myself.

Obviously I agree (as I’m sure most of you do) but because of his unhinged rants against conservatives Maher gets a pass by the MSM/left/CAIR for statements about Islam the right would be filleted over.
Note the Islamist feminist is claiming that the women...become the object of shame.. and she makes claims of...equality within the Quran...(yes she did and Bill ignores her) ...If women are the object of shame...it doesn't mean that men...are encouraged to get that tasty lovely shame. I call this Vaginal Taqiyya...they could honor and shame me into a corner...and I would still get me some!...but then I never bought feminist pie. Whatever the reasons... the Superego...can come up with myriads of reasons, but in the end... if Abdul...gets himself some... he hurts himself worse then all of the poor Western Men...who are on a leash because of the feminists. The men in America who have freedom can laugh at the libidinal cock blocks of feminists and angry orchestrating women who use Shariah to make them repressed. The Liberals like Hitlery Clinton are trying to make us more like them... but I've seen the Conservative ladies do it as well. If you don't have free thought then guys can't protect ourselves from women who find reason to censor. Trust me... the state of Washington is trying hard.

The Islamisation of Nigeria comes with a feminist Streak. Are Westerners so oblivious ...that we would think that Islam can't be used as a COCK BLOCK... the same way that feminists do?

What_you_just_saw_was_feminist_propaganda. It is what is dominating our schools in the West and what is dominating our culture. The problem is not tribal culture... the problem is the Quran and the problem is feminist culture like that woman in the video.
here is an example:
Response from WOMEN to the FACT that looking at BOOBS is good for your health

Staring at BOOBIES increases Heart Health:

Labels: » » » » » » »
So what will the feminists say about PORN NOW? Anything that is good is oppressive to women is my guess. I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for any sensible response.
There are Rumors circulating...
that this story is fake.
I have not seen any proof of that claim...

I also am fairly certain that
the girl on the left
is showing Natural Boobs,
but the woman in the video clip
might very well have fake ones...

Common sense will always defy those that reject difference or those who think they can stop difference through technology ....Gloria Steinem just did not get it. I understand she had her feelings hurt... and certainly we should not hurt women's feelings and even lie to them if they can't take the truth, but we can not let these non human ideas rule us. We aren't cyborgs! I would be willing to bet that breast visuals help. no public relations from Gloria Steinem and friends can convince me otherwise. it might be interesting to see if boobies can help women too. Though I would be willing to bet that in certain conditions that boobies can raise your blood pressure.
Porn Hating Feminists and their Bully Alpha Males Wrong AGAIN?: Five-hundred men participated in the German study. Half were told to refrain from looking at breasts for five years, the other half were told to ogle them daily.

The study found the men who stared at breasts more often showed lower rates of heart problems, a lower resting heart rate and lower blood pressure.
The authors of the study recommend that men stare at breasts for 10 minutes a day.

Response from WOMEN to the FACT that looking at BOOBS is good for your health

So the "Women's voices" at Cosmo are now saying that SHOPPING is healthy. Though the timing is suspect... they are probably right.

I guess the leftists that run  snopes.com
got it wrong again.   And I'm willing to bet that this is how the study was attempted.  The irony is the feminists won the last presidential election because of SNOPES... and now we see how influential the site is on public opinion. SNOPES apparently had public opinion contained against common sense.  Of course women's boobs are good for men.h/t allamericanblogger.com

Can Porn save the Environment?

Labels: » » » »
I was doing a lot of thinking about the first amendment this month,,,,
I noticed that several social networks have opened for porn...

and they are encouraging people to share pornography....
If people are sharing porn online... why would they put their credit cards out?

(imagine Jenna Jameson talking it is the ass, but first it's Miller Time
because Porn Commercial endorsements are the future)

This might bring a chuckle at first... but there is no financially stable working porn model... Hi-def maybe? but frankly I don't mind cheap internet snips... and most other people like to watch the 60 second teasers as much as I do... we simply get tired of the scene after that long.

Some thing else dawned on me. The main financial support for 1st amendment issues (the porn industry) is about to take a dive. If the porn industry takes a financial dive the way the music industry is now... why would they spend money on the legal fees to protect dip shits (like Larry Flynt who is now endorsing KooKooChiniK for president). What I'm saying is that we could be facing some very rough freedom of expression waters. With communications becoming increasingly international and no longer on U.S. soil... I could see a social network not honoring free speech whatsoever... and that is frankly scary and I don't think there is anybody with deep pockets like Larry Flynt anymore. The Volvo soccer mom's and all that sexual perversion hysteria just might win out the day... because there is more money in "Security" then "Porn".

I have already documented my experience in New York City under Rudy Ghouliani... (keep in mind I'm a white Republican who is writing this). Perhaps this Donna Hanover feminist hysteria is ripe for a national platform.... It seems that both political parties are targeting our "BILL OF RIGHTS"

....and the porn industry is in no financial position to fight this anymore

for the study on strippers and their chemical cycles in relation to tip quantity you will find it in this weeks issue of NYTimes Magazine page 79. (December 9th 2007 - The Year in Ideas)

"Lap Dance Science"

it might not make sense for Hilary to work when she's not ovulating. but then again... "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" Right Bill? Worked great when he prosecuted the American worker for sexual harassment while he ordered pizza out with Monica Lewinsky. And the biggest embarrassment in armed force history occurs in Abu Gharaib... but "Don't Ask, Don't Tell"... you might offend Brook Shields.

I would like to see Brook shoot herself in the head like she did in Freeway.

Who attacked Lara Logan and why?

PERVERTS!
The attack on Lara Logan
in Cairo two weeks ago
was carried out by Muslims
who believed it was their
religious duty

writes Andy McCarthy: You are just supposed to assume it was a “mob” — the sort of thing that could have happened in any setting where raw emotion erupts, say, Wisconsin’s capitol. Except it doesn’t happen in Madison. It happens in Egypt. It happened in Indonesia, the world’s most populous Muslim country, in the riots that led to Suharto’s fall — as Sharon Lapkin recounts, human-rights groups interviewed more than 100 women who had been captured and gang raped, including many Chinese women, who were told this was their fate as non-Muslims. It happens in Muslim countries and in the Muslim enclaves of Europe and Australia, perpetrated by Islamic supremacists acting on a sense of entitlement derived from their scriptures, fueled by the rage of their jihad, and enabled by the deafening silence of the media.

As Jihad Watch director Robert Spencer has detailed, al-Azhar University endorses a sharia manual called Umdat al-Salik. It is quite clear on the subject of women who become captives of Muslim forces: “When a child or a woman is taken captive, they become slaves by the fact of capture, and the woman’s previous marriage is immediately annulled.” This is so the woman can then be made a concubine of her captor. This arrangement is encouraged by the Koran. Sura 4:23–24, for example, forbids Muslim men from consorting with the wives of other Muslims but declares sexual open season on any women these men have enslaved. (“Forbidden to you are . . . married women, except those whom you own as slaves.”) Moreover, Mohammed — whose life Muslims are exhorted by scripture to emulate — rewarded his fighters by distributing as slaves the women of the Jewish Qurazyzah tribe after Muslim forces had beheaded their husbands, fathers, and sons. The prophet himself also took one of the captured women, Rayhanna, as his concubine. And, as Spencer further notes, Mohammed directed his jihadists that they should not practice coitus interruptus with their slaves — they were encouraged to ravish them, but only in a manner that might produce Muslim offspring.

For the world’s billion-plus Sunni Muslims, al-Azhar University in Cairo is the center of the theological universe, its faculty and scholars the most authoritative voice on the meaning of Islam. It is not very far from Tahrir Square, ground zero of Egypt’s revolution. It was in Tahrir Square last Friday that the Muslim Brotherhood began shunting aside other opposition leaders, including Google executive Wael Ghonim. The million Muslims jamming the square hadn’t turned out to hear a good corporate citizen of the Left. In this nation, where a strong majority of the population desires the implementation of sharia, Islam’s legal and political system, the throng turned out to hear and hail Sheikh Yusuf Qaradawi, the Brotherhood’s top adviser — who, with his al-Azhar doctorate in Islamic jurisprudence, is sharia personified.

Tahrir Square is also the place where, in the frenzy after Hosni Mubarak’s fall, CBS news correspondent Lara Logan was seized and subjected to a savage sexual assault by an Egyptian gang. Coverage of the attack has been muted. There have been testimonials to Ms. Logan’s courage, and one anti-American leftist lost his comfortable fellowship at NYU Law School for failing to conceal his glee over the atrocity. We have heard much about the attack, but have heard next to nothing about the attackers. You are just supposed to assume it was a “mob” — the sort of thing that could have happened in any setting where raw emotion erupts, say, Wisconsin’s capitol.

As I documented in an earlier column, Sheikh Qaradawi contends that women bring sexual abuse on themselves if they fail to conform to Islamist conventions of modest dress. Shahid Mehdi, a top Islamic cleric in Denmark, has explained that women who fail to don a headscarf are asking to be raped, an admonition echoed by Sheikh Faiz Mohammed, a prominent Lebanese cleric, during a lecture he delivered in Australia.

In light of these exhortations, should it be any surprise that the sexual abuse of women is Islam’s silent scandal? In Europe’s expanding Muslim enclaves, it is a terror tactic to extort women — Muslim and non-Muslim — into adopting the hijab and other Islamic sartorial standards. Rape has become so prevalent, and so identifiably a Muslim scourge, that embarrassed and hyper–politically correct Swedish authorities have discouraged police in cities such as heavily Muslim Malmo from collecting data that point to Islam as the common denominator in rape reports.

We can keep ignoring it, we can hope against hope for a reformation (while continuing to pretend that the reformation has already happened). The fact, however, is that, as long as al-Azhar and figures like Qaradawi continue to be the voice of Islam — al-Azhar, the site President Obama chose for his June 2009 address to the Muslim world; Qaradawi, whom the State Department has hailed as an “intelligent and thoughtful voice from the region . . . an important figure that deserves our attention” — Islam will not change, and women will be little more than chattel.

It is a challenge we do not want to acknowledge, because the Islamic scholars have doctrine on their side. The Koran pronounces that “Allah has made men superior to women” (Sura 4:34). As documented in “Sharia Law for Non-Muslims,” a study published by the Center for the Study of Political Islam, Mohammed declared that women are inferior to men in both intelligence and religious devotion (Bukhari hadith 1.6.301), and that women will make up most of those condemned to Hell. (Bukahri 7.62.132). Sexual abuse is encouraged not only by hadith but — as I related in discussing the recent case of a teenager flogged to death in Bangladesh — by sharia standards that make rape practically impossible to prove and subject women to a death sentence for adultery or fornication if they come forward with an accusation but cannot prove it.

Islamic scriptures endorse wife-beating (Koran 4:34 again). Female genital mutilation is rampant in the Muslim world and scripturally based. As Caroline Glick notes, the World Health Organization reports that 97 percent of Egyptian women and girls have been subjected to this form of barbarism.

This despicable treatment is fortified by standards that treat women’s testimony as inferior to men’s, permit men to marry up to four women, and deny women the right to hold many public offices — particularly those that involve the construction of Islamic law and issuance of fatwas.

The unmistakable message at the core of sharia is that women, like non-Muslims, are less than fully human. It is a message we continue ignoring at the peril of tomorrow’s Lara Logans, and our own.

Study: Tilting Your Head Can Make You Hotter - translation... don't show interest

Labels: » » » » »
PhotobucketNew research shows that how we tilt our head can play a big role in how attractive we are to the opposite sex. The study, published in the latest issue of Evolutionary Psychology tested whether the angle people viewed each other from was a factor in determining masculinity, femininity and attractiveness. Men, usually taller than women, view a woman's face from above, and women view men's faces from below. The research found that female faces are judged to be more feminine and attractive when tilted forwards - slightly tipping their chins down - and less feminine when tilted backwards. The opposite was true for men.

essentially if you actually look at what you want then you won't get it.

wow... almost as good as porn!
Anderson, the former star of "Baywatch" and a model, arrived Sunday in Israel and will participate as a guest judge on Israel's "Dancing with the Stars" on Monday and Tuesday. She also will dance each show with Australian partner Damian Whitewood.
Anderson visited the Western Wall on Sunday night, arriving with her head and shoulders covered, where she prayed silently as other worshipers tried to photograph her.

Earlier Sunday, Anderson said she would work to convince haredi Orthodox lawmakers to support an anti-fur bill proposed in the Knesset. The measure has been held up in Israel's parliament over the lawmakers' attempt to exclude the shtreiml, a sable-trimmed hat worn by some religious sects. Anderson is an honorary director of PETA, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals.

CTV News reported that Anderson called Israel a "progressive" country because it had no fur farms, and said that it can serve as "an example for the rest of the world."
