A United Nations force in southern Lebanon says it is investigating a blast reportedly caused by the detonation of an Israeli device spying on Hezbollah's private telecommunications network.The militant Hezbollah group said Friday it discovered what it said was an Israeli device in the southern village of Majdel Silim. Both the group and the Lebanese army said the device was apparently detonated remotely by the Israelis.
