(Carl) With the 'Arab Spring' blowing up in her face all around her, US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton (pictured here with Mutassim Gadhafi) is 'concerned' about an 'anti-Democratic' wave that might limit funding to her good friends at Peace Now.
US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton voiced concerns over a wave of anti-democratic legislation in Israel noting a proposal to limit donations to aid foundations.
Speaking at the Saban Forum in Washington, Clinton also criticized the exclusion of women from Israel's public life.
EXCLUSION of women? Why? Because we won't make Tzipi Livni Prime Minister?
In a cable exposed by Wikileaks, 'Peace Now' admitted that 95% of their funding comes from abroad. Almost no Israelis support them.
But this is what concerns Hillary instead of her total failure and her boss' total failure to state a coherent foreign policy. This is what concerns Hillary instead of her boss' efforts to degrade the United States' power and influence around the world.
What would be Democratic? A Muslim Brotherhood running Israel? The Israelis would elect a woman as fast as you could say Golda Meir right now. This idea that they wouldn't is insane. The idea that Jews should vote for Livni because of what is between her legs is pure hypocrisy on Clinton's part. oh... and btw... most Jews I know are keen on Michele Bachmann. She might not be Israeli, but it proves that we don't hate women. Most of us are just tired of being bullied by women and would love to have female leaders that treated men better.
