when criticism of Islam does go too far

I have a shocker for you folks... I actually think this is a crime. the cartoons are fair game and Islam is for certain violent and deserves it's criticism, but these posters are designed to harass... and so while I think we should do more cartoons like this... putting media that is intent to disturb someone's business or home should not be tolerated.

Remember the case of the Muslim cartoons posted outside a mosque, a Somali owned store and other Muzzie layabouts? The cops said they had a pretty good idea who had posted them but the individual has never been named and the cartoons (Prophet Mo engaged in bestiality and other things! Islamic crescent with a swastika!) were never shown (darn it). As you can imagine, the local Islamos were in high dudgeon about it. They still are.
Mohamoud Mohamed, a Somali activist in St. Cloud, said the cartoons demonstrate a violent mind-set, and Mayor Dave Kleis says he thinks the man should face legal consequences.
MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — Two Minnesota prosecutors say they won't file charges against a man who investigators say admitted posting anti-Muslim images in front of a mosque, a Somali-owned store and other spots.
They say the cartoons are protected under the First Amendment.
