Go to the site JC Pumps, this is one of the few sellers of oil pump jacks that gives 24 out put rates from its products. The lowest is 33 per 24 hours. Also see the last info below. 1954-2008 oil stats from the EIA. Look at the years of production and who was president at the time. The EIA states all oil wells put out 10 barrels per 24 hours. Yet, the pump jacks put out 33 and up. If you can only get 10 barrels, why make a pump that can recover 400? Careful this info could get you killed. :)) via eia.doe.gov
